The apartment was clean and secure and all the facilities worked. Check in and out were friendly and efficient even though our flight into BsAs was delayed 6 1/2 hours. Location is very good - very close to the Botanic Gardens and Plaza Italia Subte station and a comfortable walk to plazoleta Julio Corta¡zar and environs.

Great place, good location. Being on the first floor compromised privacy a little but street noise wasn't too much of an issue. Maybe some curtains for the main room? Otherwise you have to draw the heavy blinds and turn the lights on for privacy.
