The building manager, Franco, was very helpful and friendly. The apartment does not have a washer & dryer but a laundry across the street is very good. The apartment is very clean and located close to anything one might need. A normal amount of street noise can be heard in the apartment, which is to be expected in a city area. The elevator is excellent and security on the building is also excellent. The apartment is one block from a range of useful bus stops and three blocks from metro line D station.

Excelente depto. Muy bien presentado y cuidado. Muy bien ubicado también, en una linda zona y cerca de todos los transportés hacia cualquier punto de la ciudad. Los anfitriones muy cordiales y una mención especial para el encargado Franco, super simpatico y amable suempre dispuesto a ayudar y que se ocupa muy bien del depto y de rodo en general. Estuve una larga temporada allí y lo pasé realmente muy bien
